As a Senior/Lead Production Designer at cossette on the TD CRM team, I take on the responsibility of producing and meticulously organizing assets for the development team, making revisions and performing quality control checks on all work to ensure flawless final output. While doing so, I also oversee the Junior Production Designer’s work, provide feedback, share insights and impart leadership. My strong knowledge of the design system has been instrumental in ensuring that campaigns launch both efficiently and accurately, while having an extreme attention to detail in all aspects of campaigns to maintain high standards.
